David Lowenstein, Ph.D. is a Psychologist and the Clinical Director of Lowenstein & Associates, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to providing therapeutic services to individuals and families, Dr. Lowenstein has offered training and consultation to over 75 associations, schools and agencies around the country. One of his favorite aspects of his job is speaking to organizations about psychological issues relevant to their line of work. "Watching that 'Aha!' moment when participants in one of my presentations make a connection with what I am saying and what they are dealing with daily is so rewarding to me," he says. "It confirms what they may already suspect about a certain situation and the psychological perspective validates their thinking and gives them confidence to take appropriate action," he added.

Dr. Lowenstein is a frequent guest on radio and TV programs as well as a resource and contributing writer to newspapers and magazines nationwide.

Dr. Lowenstein is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, American Psychological Association, Central Ohio Psychological Association and the Ohio Psychological Association.
